Hi, it's Adam again. Today I will be talking about another one of my longboard trips with my friends. So on this trip my friends and I went to Top of Topanga and road down that mountain. It was even more fun than Vanalden Point! It was steeper, faster, and much longer! If you're wondering what we wear for protection... We wear motorcycle helmets, elbow pads, knee pads, jeans, and long shirts and jackets. So if we do end up falling we fall safer. We do so much practicing to learn to ride down long, steep hills and we are handsomely rewarded with the ability to do just that. We even left chalk like marks on the road from our sliding. So anyway thank you for reading my blog.

Longboarding
Hi, it's Adam again. Today I'm going to tell you about my friends and I going longboarding. So, my friends and I went to Vanalden Point and went down the entire hill. It was amazing! What we do is, we that we use these longboards that are like forty inches long and stand on them. Then we find hills and stand on the board all the way down. It's really fun and exciting. My favorite part when we get down the hill is sliding. So to stop we have to drift out boards in a certain way to slow us down. To do this we use sliding gloves which have a plastic pad on them to drift us. The better you are at sliding the safer you will be on a mountain. So anyway, thank you for reading my blog.

Winter Break
Hi, it's Adam again. Today I will be talking about one of the things I did on my winter break. One thing I did on winter break was go to a horse race in Arizona. It was really cool. It was a female thoroughbred horse race on dirt. It was really cool. On the way to the race my family and I stopped at a ranch to look at all the horses. It was really cool. I saw so many horses. After the ranch we went to the race. The race was fun. At the beginning of the race number six was winning. then half way through the race number three was winning. Then by a nose number four won the race and won the sixteen thousand dollar prize money. I had a really fun time in Arizona. Thank you for reading my blog.
