Hanukkah

Hi, it's Adam again. Today I will be talking about Hanukkah. I celebrate Hanukkah. Hanukkah is really fun and you get to spend quality time with your family. There is so much you can do for this special holiday. You can eat custard donuts, play dreidel sing, sing songs. light the candles and so much more. This Hanukkah my grandma from San Francisco cam to visit and celebrate with my family and I. Every year she gives us a present. This year she gave me a twenty five dollar visa card! This Hanukkah was really fun. My brother and I bet our chocolate coins in a few games of dreidel. It was really fun because I doubled my stash of chocolate coins from him. Las Vegas

Hi, It's Adam again. Today I will be talking about my time in Las Vegas. I went to Las Vegas over the spring break. I went there for four days. It was really fun and I stayed at my grandparents' house. It is not that far from the strip too. I had a lot of fun. I went to all you can eat buffets, bike riding, casinos, and so many other things. I had a really great time there. My favorite part was when my family and I had Thanksgiving together. We had so much food. We had smoked turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, creamed corn, and lots of other homemade foods. It was the best dinner I have had all year. Black Ops 3

Hi, it's Adam again. Today I'm going to talk about the new game Black Ops Three. Black Ops Three is a first person shooter that takes place in the future. You can do many things, for example you can defy gravity. You have futuristic gun, futuristic maps and everything. Another thing you van do in this game of the future is run on walls and other flat, vertical surfaces. You can play either by yourself, with your friends, or people you have never met before if you want. You can also play a game mode called zombies. Zombies is a game mode where you're either by yourself or with other people and friends, and you have to survive by killing giant swarms of zombies. The game gets harder and harder as the rounds go on. Each round ends when you defeat the swarm. Well that's it for my blog today, but there is so much more to this game than what I have told you! The mall

Hi, it's Adam again. Today I'm going to talk about the Topanga Mall. The Topanga mall is a really big shopping center and there are a lot of stores,and  candy and stuff. There is a lot to do there, like  eat churros play games buy things, a lot of food, get candy from the candy machines, play in the playground, explore, and just sit around with friends. It's a really cool place to go and great place to hang out and have fun! It's also really fun to just walk around and talk. There is so many things to do there besides just what I have told you. It's not even that hard to get there. All you need to do is use the metro and its only like two dollars for a tap card to use the metro bus. Halloween

Hi, it's Adam again. Today I'm going to talk about Halloween. So, during Halloween I went with seven friends to another friends house. While we were there we got so much candy. We went to at least thirty houses. So after we got back home with sacks full of candy my cousins and I played Texas Holdem and we bet with our candy. At the start I had a lot of candy then I got a lot more. Finally in one round I lost almost half my candy. In the end I had a really great time trick or treating with my friends and gambling with my cousin. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays and always will be. I won't stop trick or treating until I'm to old to walk. I definitely can;t wait until next years Halloween. Bye guys, thank you for reading my blog!

Roller Skating

Hi, it's Adam again. Today I will tell you about my first time roller skating. So, a few weeks ago my friend invited me to her party. Her party was at Skate Land, but I didn't know how to skate. Next, when the day came I was pretty nervous, but my other friends at the party said they would try and teach me how to skate. So, right when I put them on... I fell. Then I tried walking and sliding, but I kept falling. Then, my friends told me that I should move my legs in and out. So I tried that..., But I fell. After that I started using the railings to push me so I could slide around. That was fun! Next, I started moving my feet the way my friends told me to slowly. Then I slowly learned how to skate faster and faster. Finally, near the end of the party, I got better at skating and could go kind of fast. So we played tag. That's it! My first Dive Meet

Hi, It's Adam again. Today I'm going to talk about my first dive meet. My first dive meet was yesterday at ten thirty in the morning. It was at Northridge Pool. So I went there about an hour early with my friend. He's really good at diving. he  got first place in the state for his age group last year. So anyway, since we got there early, they let us do some warm ups before the meet. We weren't the only ones who came early though. There was a really long line. So after we dived  in a few times we decided it was to boring to wait in the line for so long. We got lucky though because they let people in specific age groups warm up right before their turn to dive. So once it was my turn to dive and stuff I did pretty well for my first time. Halloween

 Hi, it's Adam again. Halloween is coming up and I'm really excited. So, last week I went with my friend to Party City to get ready for the event. I got a mask, candy, and more candy. It wasn't even the candy my parents are going to pass out to the kids. I just wanted candy. So, my friend got a baby mask and jelly beans. On Halloween a whole bunch of friends, my cousin, and I are going to Candy Cane Lane to trick or treat. My parents are just going to sit outside giving out candy. My favorite candies are Now and Laters, Butterfingers, Jolly Ranchers and Sour Patch Kids. I'm really hoping to get them this time around. Even if I don't I can always trade with my other friends.This Halloween is going to be so awesome! Well that's it for this post. Thank you for reading!

Heart of Courage

Hi, it's Adam. Most of you probably don't know this, but I play guitar. I have been playing for the past four years. In between that time I stopped playing for a bit then went back into it though. The guitar is a really cool instrument. You can play really cool tunes and even make your own! Recently I have been learning to play the song "Heart of Courage" by Two Steps from Hell. It's a really good song and really easy, so if you are new to guitar and want to learn an easy song, then I would definitely recommend this song to you. There aren't even any power chords, all you do is play notes. Even though this is an easy song to learn, it is still a very beautiful song! I really like it. It is one of my favorite songs to listen to. Thank you for reading my new post!

Dive Team

Hi, It's Adam again, and this is my second blog. For this blog I will talk about my first practice in my first season of joining dive team. Dive team is really cool. In dive you basically do a really cool trick and finish with a dive into the pool off a diving board. For my first practice the team and I were doing tuck dives and front flips. A tuck dive is when you jump off the board and in mid air do a cannonball, then quickly dive in head first. Since this was my first time I belly flopped like three times. Hehe. Then we moved on to front flips. That was a lot easier than a tuck dive. It's easier because all you need to do is spin than stop when your level again. Thank you for reading my blog.

Hanging out with my cousins

Hi. it's Adam and this is my first blog. I'm going to talk about the day I hung out with my cousins who came to move here from Israel. So, about last week my cousins came over and we decided to do something fun. Then my brother said," Hey lets go to the beach." So when we got there we swam and stuff. Then when we got tired we decided to take a drive to see the whole valley, and take some pictures. After that we were really hungry so we then went home and my dad barbequed for us. He made us steaks hamburgers and chicken. My mom made us salad. Then we had a really good time eating and making jokes.Finally, we just hung out at the parke after we ate and played some basketball in the gym there. Thank you for reading this and good bye.
